Synthesize
We will assemble a meeting with the key stakeholders to review the assessment and determine the action plan moving forward, including an implementation roadmap.

Build
We will assign the resources and kick off the build phase of the project(s).
We conduct a thorough discovery phase meeting with key stakeholders, examining data stores, and documenting everything.
We will then conduct our assessment, analyzing all of the information gathered in the previous phase and discovering new insights.
We will assemble a meeting with the key stakeholders to review the assessment and determine the action plan moving forward. From there, Barefoot will develop a roadmap for implementation and start building.
